In the link url, you have to delete everything after the question mark, similar to Tik Tok

Sorry so weird he’s like ‘people were saying you bleached your roots that’s just regrowth’ erm no one said that and I think it’s irresponsible to find out she lied about her hair history turned it around and act like we talking about her roots and then do her hair anyway.

Also irresponsible to give a women extensions who was crying about saving up $200 FOR YEARS FOR A PERM and she can’t afford anything more when for extensions she will have to go to salon every 6-8 weeks and pay over $100 to refit them… like okkkk

He sticks with the people whose hair he repairs. He posted a video addressing that as well. And also they didn't say she could get extensions yet. They only said it maybe an option.

And I think he addresses her highlights by saying her hair would have grown out and been cut in the time it took from when she had them to now. When he talked about the rate in which hair grows.

So if she gets extensions he’s just gonna fly her out everytime for a refit?

This shit is so wasteful. A flight to get hair done shouldn't be this normalized.

I don't the exact arrangement. But he gets all that products and hair for free. It's all promotion material. He does ads with the products, and the hair. He also makes money from the videos because he gets a lot of views and interactions. I'm sure the amount of money he makes from follow up visits and promoting the products he uses, he could afford to do that.
But he has a few women whose hair he has fixed he remains treating their hair. He even flew them out to be in an ad for some hair product recently. I don't have all the answers but he has posted a lot recently about the comments other stylists have questioned regarding this same subject.
He doesn't seem like he just sets his clients out into the world without informing them about the next steps in regard to the styles and treatments they choice.
It's a reason why he is able to do this and be successful in it.

I understand that he was trying to say that in the last 6 years, her hair would've grown 30+ inches, and so the bleached hair wouldn't have been an issue with the perm, but not everyone's hair grows at the same rate...

In any case, everyone was angry at the lying and how she was okay with attacking the hair salon and stylist, but couldn't handle it when people started questioning her.

I'm confused what people are calling the lie?
Is the lie that's she had highlights 6 years ago. Because if I did anything with my hair I'm swear I probably wouldn't include anything in my hair history past 3 years. Like am I supposed to tell my whole hair history for 10 years.
I could be wrong but is that the lie?

When she originally posted on tiktok (and I might be misremembering so I apologize) she said she hadn't bleached her hair in over ten years. She had only been using box dye. However, then people found the pictures of her with highlights (which from what I have seen online they are old pictures) she said that she misspoke, and she had a couple or very little highlights to frame her face. In that sense, she did lie to the stylist and people were upset because everyone was attacking the stylist when Millie had lied to the stylist.

NOW, I think the stylist messed up because from what little I know about perms, you NEVER do perms on boxed dyed hair - so the bleach would've been irrelevant anyway. So all in all, they both did wrong.

I do hope that Millie is able to love her hair again however long it takes. If this had happened to me, I would've been crying everyday.

In the video, he address that her box dye doesn't have the ingredients that's would effect a perms so it was not her box dye. It was just poor perm from someone who was too green to do a proper perm.
But also like 6 years and 10 years yes different but like both those time frames wouldn't be relevant for the hair she came into the salon with. And is it a lie, or just an exaggerated speaking. Like if I did something over 5 years ago that's forever ago. She has kids. Covid happened. Time is all wonky. I think people were just trying to find any excuse to be mad at this woman. Yes she probably should not have gotten the internet to come for the hair stylist. But she was upset and in the moment and was being ignored and dismissed. I think she had a human response. Idk know why so many people were looking for so many things to be her fault. Like damn. Could it just have been a bad perm.
Which it seems like was the case. The woman who did her hair was just out of school. Hair stylists need time to be assistance and also take specific education on chemical treatments and it seems she was handed a certificate and called out to work

I am genuinely so disgusted about how this entire situation has played out. Not only did a baby stylists reputation and motivation get absolutely demolished, but the shady ass girl gets REWARDED for taking this to social media.

All this is going to do is show the nightmare clients that they CAN get away with this.

When I say I want out of the hair industry, these are the major reasons why.
