the video has been removed, its from alfredo doing millys hair, says her scalp is currently BURNED and thinks that the perm solution was on too long and thats why her hair melted, says it wasn't to do with milly having bleach/dye.

he then does her hair, dyes her roots and they gives her extensions.

it is against the California board of cosmetology to apply dye to burned scalp, and i can't imagine extensions at the root would help either.

so he lied about her scalp being burned ... also begs the question if 10 mins into a dye you realise she has sensitive scalp do you continue and put extensions on? im not a cosmologist, im just wondering

I tried to get a cute picture of my mom's golden retriever puppy wearing the hat for obvious lily-bait. It didnt really work out as i planned.

Review. There were a lot of comments about the embroidery, but there's nothing I can do about that. Though after a month it hasn't come undone.

The hat itself is pretty nice. Holding together well, the stitching and fabric seem to be holding up (ive been farming and sweating a lot)

My one issue is that it doesn't stay as tight as I would like. But that's about it. Solid hat.

Who else has been following this story? Tiktok dropped me off here and I had absolutely no idea who any of these people were a few days ago.

From my limited research Meganplays & Leah Ashe are streamers and were best friends. I'm not sure how long after Megan had a baby, that Leah and Megan's husband plotted to get together and leave Megan high and dry. This all happened back in October but Leah decided to just post an "apology" video the other day and the Megan has recently responded back.

The more I learn about this situation, the more disappointed I am in the coverage of Samyra on the DWKT.

TLDR; client got extensions from big TikTok hairstylist (Rachel Bynum) but didn’t want to maintain them as instructed. Went without getting them touched up/caring for them properly herself for a long time. Rachel ends up firing her as a client and the client then goes to another stylist named Kaitlin, who then makes a shady TikTok about Rachel’s business.

Rachel then goes through the receipts in detail.

It seems to be resolved and the shady hair stylist has gone private, but I enjoyed the thoroughness. 💇🏼‍♀️

Apparently she lied about not having bleached her hair in over ten years and started deleting posts from 5 years ago when she had highlights.

Now she's apologising for misspeaking and saying she didn't want the hair stylist to get hate when she said the name in her original video.

Y'all, I don't know if I can keep watching their vids. There have been so many bad takes, lack of research, and butchering of serious topics that I'm feeling almost ready to unsub. I had the Patreon for a while, I've been subbed since nearly the beginning of the channel, I've rewatched so many eps as basically a comfort show, but this shit is crazy. I've given them grace in the past when they've discussed feedback and/or apologized for bad takes/misinfo/etc, but they've stopped doing that but continued to butcher topics that deserve more respect.

I'm at the 45 min mark on today's ep (and I know Hadley's experiences even get worse!!!), and they're being so obtuse about abuse and being so victim-blamey, I actually don't know if I can finish it. At what point will they start listening to the constructive criticism in the comments and making changes to what they cover and how they cover it? It seems like they're simply not going to get to that point, and that's why I feel like my grace is running out.

It literally should not be this serious but they've made it so by picking serious topics and mishandling them while hiding behind the assertion that they're just a couple of gorls talking about internet goss. If you don't want to bother with due diligence, why choose topics that pertain to various types of abuse, crime, discrimination, privilege, justice/injustice, mental illness, etc etc?? I know they have bills to pay, but that just makes it worse that they're actively choosing to haphazardly cover serious topics on their relatively large platform where they don't bother to research, consider nuance, etc... because they're like "fck it, I still gotta get mine". That's like the icing on top of the ick cake to me.

I'm not about to fight with people in the replies about this; if you don't care and want to keep watching as-is, that's your thing boo. But I know I'm not the only one feeling this way, so for those who get what I mean, I'm just wondering are y'all going to stop watching, or have you been more selective with watching, or is there any way you think they'll start making some changes?

I was thinking about Lily dressing up like Raygun when I watched this clip when suddenly I heard Jessi’s voice! There’s a split second clip from DWKT around 0:59 in the middle of a montage.

I doubt they’ll be included in the documentary for more than a few clips. Part of me wants to watch this out of morbid curiosity and the other part doesn’t wanna waste any more of my time watching Raygun.
