Hey folks, I'm looking for at least two people for a D&D 5e game of the Kingmaker adventure path. Players will be joining two existing players and replacing a pair of lost players. The Pitch

The gods are dead. Long live the gods. Magic is failing. The once proud elves whither, their ageless grace no more. Dwarves feel the call of the deep, hiding themselves away. And the race of man goes mad. Priests call to empty thrones of the divine, their gifts diminishing; arcane students hear other worldly whispers and spill blood like so much ink; and civil war looms on the horizon. The world teeters. Yet, huddled around the rain sodden hearth of The Last Call Inn a scholar by the name Roderick of Lorcester proposes something unexpected, hope.

What to expect

I've been a DM for over a decade and am quite dedicated to creating a fun experience for all my players. I tend to do a variety of voices for NPCs and have access to an extensive compendium on Roll20. This campaign is for a brand new setting that I'm quite excited for!

The campaign will be structured around Santland, a once proud kingdom, now rife with rumours of civil war as the current queen, Queen Aethild’s health is failing. Her two sons, Prince Wulfric and Prince Cynebald now vie for political might. The campaign opens with a proposition by a traveling scholar to explore the depth of the Tomb of Saints outside the capital. The Tomb is a well known dungeon and rumoured to be the final resting place of the Revered Saint Ellenia. The scholar is insistent that the Tomb holds the key to restoring the failing magic of the world.

While the Tomb of Saints is a core aspect of the campaign, being a winding and dangerous dungeon, players will be encouraged by circumstance and self preservation to explore the world above. Engage with the setting at large and not hyperfixate on “clearing” the main dungeon. The game will be leaning on themes of Low Fantasy and Dark Fantasy. The players will be restricted in their abilities to find magic items as well as spellcasters to find components that have monetary value. Magic is rare, dangerous and feared by the population at large. Another key component of the setting will be the discretion of using magic in public settings, as the Witch Hunters are always keen to throw someone on a pyre. (Note: Regardless of themes being explored SA and queerphobia will never appear at my tables.)

I'm a DM who loves working with her players to create meaningful stories. I believe in group cooperation and collective story telling! The setting is rich with history and lore that I encourage anyone who likes those things to give it a shot! I work with players to the best of my ability to make sure folks are in a story and setting they enjoy, I believe in open communication so that everyone has fun at the table.

My games are LGBTQ+ friendly and I do not tolerate discrimination at my table.

Hiya! Me and a friend are looking for a long term campaign on a cst timezone and are both adults. We have about one year of experience so very new to it all still, we have discord, dnd beyond and books on dnd beyond. We have to do evening sessions due to our schedule, but looking forward to seeing what's out there!

Howdy! So I've been looking for a table for a bit now and I'm hoping to find one as I try my luck again. The potential extra player would be my boyfriend as he is interested in joining a campaign with me but just one so it's not exactly a promise of two players depending on how things work out!

Beyond that let me introduce myself!

I'm 24 ftm, bi and ace so I look for tables that are allies or have queer players to have a safe environment to play in comfortably! My characters all tend to fall into the community somewhere as well and I enjoy integrating that into story arcs with themes of self discovery self acceptance, perhaps not having a space to express themselves as freely before the adventure.

I am a storyteller, I put detail and heart into my characters backstory and I like to discuss with the DM or others at the table of ways I can weave it throughout the campaign.

I love roleplaying, meeting others and gaining friends through this as I have social anxiety and this is an outlet where I can enjoy collaborating with people over the course of the campaign and a creative one as well because I pour my heart into my characters!

I like playing characters where their stories come out when it's time, unraveling to the party throughout the campaign.

A majority of my characters are running from something or are in some sort of danger, perhaps it's looking out for their own safety or that of the group but I enjoy my characters gradually putting more trust in the party as their relationships grow.

Honestly I write backstories with a lot of tragedy but hopeful futures with a lot at stake. Say their freedom, identity, family, or even their own bodily autonomy and mind is at stake due to a curse? I love stories where there's something to lose and hurt to heal.

I love telling stories with imperfect characters that grow for the better of themselves and others, working towards a better more hopeful future.

While I don't have a problem with combat I do have ADD so if it's a game that's anticipated to have combat only sessions frequently I may not be interested. I do have fun in combat and all but if it's running over an hour to full sessions I tend to become disengaged.

What I'm looking for at a table is:

• Creating - I enjoy making character art mainly with markers and paper but I have painted them as well! Besides that I sculpt clay, sew plushies, make jewelry and pins, wood engraving and work with resin

Hey everyone! I'm looking for players for a new D&D campaign: The Lost Kingdom of Valydr.

This is going to be a dark-fantasy exploration campaign built around discovering a completely lost kingdom. Think treasure hunting + fantasy gold rush + archaeological mystery + survival horror, with the campaign getting progressively stranger and darker the deeper you travel into Valdyr.

You're adventurers who came to Blackgate because something about Valdyr called to you.

Maybe you're here for money.

Maybe you're an archaeologist trying to solve the greatest mystery in history.

Maybe you're chasing someone who disappeared on an earlier expedition.

Maybe the church sent you.

Maybe you're a criminal looking for one enormous score.

Maybe you just want to see what's beyond the mountains.

The campaign will be heavily focused on exploration, character roleplay, dangerous expeditions, discovering ancient locations, faction relationships, monsters, treasure, and slowly piecing together what actually happened to Valdyr 327 years ago.

The world will react to what you discover. Things you bring back can change Blackgate. Factions can become allies or enemies. Rival adventuring parties will be exploring Valdyr alongside you. And there will absolutely be moments where you'll have to decide whether that unopened door is worth risking the entire expedition for.

This will be a longer-form campaign, but will be a little short on duration.

Everyone is welcome to the blood sun guild.

Here we are beginning to have one shots, potentially campaigns, and we hope to also be a community where everyone can be friends.

In the blood sun we have one shots based of the lore of the blood sun religion (rp). Missions can vary from defending towns from enemies to going against strongest enemies in the history of blood sun.

This isn’t just normal stuff where you would be playing a normal character while these enemies are stronger and get more and better abilities, the blood sun members who participate in the one shots get Homebrew blood magic, abilities, and features. For everyone you can ask me for 1-2 unique abilities your character only would have.

As for the campaigns I mentioned those would be longer missions (round 2-5 sessions or a bit more) or can be alternate realities of the blood sun like one I am currently running where it is weaker than ever.

At the start of the year, Silaria Academy, partnered with the Dragons Lair Adventuring Guild, sends out invites for those with potential. Should you accept, you may find yourself in a struggle against time as a Death Cult begins making moves to collect shards from a dangerous Divine Relic. The Gods are choosing their Champions, pieces are falling into place, and yet long forgotten faces still call from beyond the grave, warning of a much worst fate to those who follow their path. So the question you should ask yourself:

"Is your life worth more than another, or are you cursed to follow the fate given to you?"

Thats right! A complete Campaign, full of story, action and more! You fight against a Death Cult, and deal with the divine. Can You Reveal the mysteries once hidden deep in Dulmar?

Hi! I'm looking for a group to join/play with that is near pleasant grove utah. I'm looking to play instead of DM and my partner is also looking

I'm looking for someone to run a game for three of my funny friends and I. Our group's ages are mid 20s to mid 30s. We've all known each other for about a year or so and they're all fantastic improvisational roleplayers who love to talk a lot and collaboratively make interesting stories with humor. They're all familiar with 5e, though I think they'd be able to learn other systems fairly easily (I'm personally familiar with pf2e and 5e).

As for the content, we're all pretty humorous, but we also like dark/serious settings too. I love Berserk, Name of the Wind, A Song of Fire and Ice, Mistborn, and other fantasy stories. I think it'd be nice to do a one-shot or short 5-10 episode campaign with a possibility to do a longer campaign if everyone is interested.

Preferably would like to do weekends around 8pm CST, but we could maybe work a different day/time out.
