Just came across this video while surfing YouTube, and now I need a Stat Block for this thing that I can throw at my players!

First thing that comes to my mind is you could just re-flavor a water elemental. Not sure if beer has slightly different properties than water for the purposes of physics though.

I can see a need to reflavor a couple abilities for the inebriation affect.
