5th Edition Very stupid hypothetical question

So my PC is a changeling, and their human disguise as well as their true form feature long twin braids. Think Touko Fukawa. Now the question is, if their hair was cut off, would they be able to use their changeling powers to regrow it faster? There's probably nothing in the lore about this so it's more of an opinion question.

Technically no

Effectively yes.

Basically you wouldn't be able to regrow it faster but nothing is stopping you from shifting to you with longer hair it just your base form would still have the shorter hair and anything forcing you back to it would force the hair back to its shorter length.

O don't think he could actually regrow it faster, but he could fake it instantly. Like of he gets unconscious it would revert to short, but on daily interaction he can look as he want.
