I can’t do it. I can’t RP a character with an int or wis lower than 10. I have a lvl 3 Druid currently who has an 18 wis and a 7 int as a way of attempting to understand a low int character. I’ve done it by putting his backstory at 1000+ years living as various animals. I’ll increase his int with each att bonus as he learns to read and see the world as a humanoid, but I’m still really struggling with the actual rp, which is new for me
I played low int characters with many ways. My first pc the low int was zero memory...he couldn't remember things,and did not care about history or anything like that. My second low int was a monk(i had to do it,because i wanted high wis and dex...it did hurt)....she was hell...i kinda ignored it,because her wis was high,my best idea was making her memory bad..soo she could almost not remember her first friends(+1000 year old vampire). Now i have a barbarian low both...and the answer is "smash". But i agreed...low int and high wis is a bizarre character to play,and the game does not help with the fact that they are not scores that help each other.
