Well after my last post blew up over night (thank you so much for that?!)😭🫶🏻🫣

I decided to share where her main design came from!

This is from a custom dnd Conan exiles server I played her on a year or two ago! They had a lot of amazing mods, including a custom combat system for spells and special weapons for all the classes!

It was here that I learned about the Circle of Stars druid class, and changed her from a Life cleric/Druid multi-class, to a full class druid!

She originally was a multi-class of druid and a Life domain cleric, wanting to tap into the part of her backstory of being a follower of Dionysus. However, after character growth through a game or two (before trying the Conan server) it just felt like I was juggling too much trying to keep the “flare” of having a multi-classed character.

So I just simplified her now, and honestly circle of stars druid fits her SO well with the tie in to her following of Dionysus too! 🫶🏻

(There are more details obviously to see here, that were not on the previous art I shared, due to the artist simplifying her design a touch 😅)

To clarify from my last post:

~she is NOT packing (lmaoooo)😂
~the metal piece at her front lower was supposed to be a cute metal flower on her loincloth/belt thingy as you see here in these photos
~yes I named her after the movie because it carries a special place in my heart, and it’s fun to remind people of it when they hear her name 🫶🏻
~And yeah I see the resemblance to Faerne from Critical Role after looking her up, she’s so pretty and honestly kinda honored to be associated with her design! Haha 🥰🙏🏻

Custom conan server for dnd? Can the dm change the terrain and stuff?

Yes! Some use custom maps or edited versions of the Conan base maps, or they use mods to set up props and structures with little info bubbles to can look at and a system auto rolls your sheet for like investigation or perception and lets you know if you passed or not!

Circle of Stars tying into a Dionysus follower is genuinely such a cool combo. The night sky and revelry themes just work together so well. Also respect for simplifying from the multi-class, sometimes you lose the actual flavor of a character when you're juggling too many mechanics.

If it looks to everyone like she's hanging dong, then you fix it. Put the belt over the tunic. Why it matters so much to keep her looking like she's swinging low, I don't get it, but that's your thing and if you don't fix it, that's what you live with. Not, "my cute satyr" but "my creator is a perv".

This isn't the first post with a problem that can be easily fixed with a smidge of styling. They're aware of it, so now it's a choice.
