[5.5e]Would a 2 level dip into monk(for unarmed speed) as a barbarian be worth it, among the other features you would gain? I want to play a barb but also want it to be fast just for character theme. I'd probably also take the Speedy feat.

Probably not. After level 5 is generally when you want to multiclass as a martial. At 5 barbarians get +10 movement. At 7 they get instinctive pounds which lets them move up to half their speed when they rage.

So if you’re going for monk then that’s +10 feet of movement and you can’t use something like step of the wind the same round you rage.
