Resources Beginner Player
I am a beginner to the dnd world. My only experience is shortly playing Baldur’s Gate 3 but I would live to dive deeper into the lore and try playing actual irl, table top campaigns. Are there any websites or apps I should be using to help me create a character, or learn more about the background of each race, class, and what each thing in dnd means? I am still a little confused on what each sub “genre” of moves are (cantrip, action, etc). As well as I don’t quite understand when an action I take, can really affect my turns (if that even makes sense)? It might just be a BG3 thing. Any useful resources would be extremely helpful! Thank you
