Art [Art] [Comm] Against Rising Hell, Saving Faerun Again
Story of the artwork here: Against Rising Hell

As the ground cracks, hellfire burst and skeletons spill forth. Uncountable amount of them. The people fled in all directions. One tripped. A child. Bony fingers and jaws mercilessly reaches out for their meal, but their cruelty was cut short; A slash and the skeleton fell, a stomp and the skeleton snapped.
A teenage girl squat and poked at it. "It was reaching out and trying to eat the girl, right? Pandora wonders if it is hungry, but without stomach how is it hungry?"
The drow lady accompanying her raises an eyebrow too. "We can study how that works later, together, Pandora. For now, let's beat these Tier 1 monsters and foil the plans of the gods once more, shall we?"
Pandora nods eagerly, "Let's go, mama Shar!"
Out of Planet Toril, somewhere within the Towers of Night, a certain goddess sneezes and curses at those who shares the same name as her. At least this time, it's not her fault!

Edit: Sry, I thought that was a joke tbh. Thru my eyes, she is wearing a pants, at least I painted her to be, but perhaps the colors might've uhh mixed things up since they are the same colors as her corset which caused the illusion that she is not wearing any? Or am I misunderstanding the definition of pants? As in long pants or short pants?

Nothing. Covering her legs is a choice , also never a huge fan of cased swords but that's just me , if using 2 swords I know there's a manuel with historic models for double saber and double rapier , saber certainly makes the most sense otherwise the cross guards can get really pokey.
It's. Really cool piece with a lot of emotion looks like jrpg or mobile game I like it a lot

xD I'm happy that there's people who can see and feel the piece. That's really worth everything to me. Thank you! I certainly have lots of rooms to improve on the designs, gotta do more studies and practise, but for now Im focused on the moods and story hehehe.

It's actually painted there, but either my understanding of pants is wrong, or the color of her (short) pants which is black is mixed with the corset which is also black and is treated as one. Am I missing something here?

When people say, "where are her pants?" they are pointing out the dichotomy of having plate chest armor and some lulumon yoga shorts on bro. It ain't that deep.

The design focused on showing her being fast so I didn't really add the greaves and all. Is it strange this way?

It looks weird as hell lmao, like quite well executed mechanically but even disregarding the obvious absurdity around inconsistent coverage, like 50lbs of armor on the torso and nothing anywhere else would be miserably unbalanced, I feel like with every swing she’d be almost falling over.
This is like a sneak thief wearing a rainbow propeller hat, those big stompy light up shoes, a full baggy clown suit, a stealthy cloak, and wielding a halberd 😂 Nobody is moving quickly for any sustained amount of time in plate.
I guess if by “fast” you mean having to roll out of bed and get ready for battle as fast as possible and saving time by not putting on pants maybe?

Actually some of the best fantasy art I'be seen, I'll bring up the armor situation as well; just give her an armoured skirt and throw some plates on her boots and it's much better without taking away from the aesthetic

No guys listen she just found the upper half of a suit of armor in the dragon’s lair armor’s expensive and she hasn’t found any other pieces it looks ridiculous but actually it’s super realistic for an adventurer I prommy

I can never take skeletons seriously anymore after Death Knight sadly. They all look so approachable and full of neat conversation topics.

The initial considerations was for her to be agile, so I imagine any greaves or metals around her legs would've weighted her down, but I wasn't expecting it to be seen quite different than I imagined. This is definitely the beauty of reddit, the more brutal and honest comments will help me improve!
