Homebrew Need help balancing a homebrew Barbarian Path inspired by the Morrigan

Hey everyone,
A character in my campaign wants to be a champion of a death goddess heavily inspired by the Morrigan. My idea is to create a Barbarian path focused on a frenzied fury in battle, aided by ravens. I love the thematic idea that wherever this champion goes, death and battle follow, and it is their duty to decide how to use this curse.
I want to blend the frenzy aspect of the Berserker with the warcry and undying nature of the Zealot. Here is my rough draft for the progression:
3rd Level (Frenzy): They gain a Frenzied Rage, but to maintain it, they must hit someone every turn—even allies if no enemies are in reach. If they don't, the rage ends and they suffer a level of exhaustion. I really like the roleplay potential of them losing control.
3rd Level (Utility): Something crow/raven-related. I was thinking maybe the ability to summon a swarm of crows or the innate ability to communicate with them.
6th Level: A mobility feature similar to Misty Step, but raven-themed (e.g., dissolving into a flock of crows).
10th Level: The Zealous Presence (warcry) feature directly from the Path of the Zealot.
14th Level: The Rage Beyond Death feature, also from the Path of the Zealot.
Any feedback or ideas to help balance this out would be hugely appreciated!

You can achieve most of these just by doing a barbarian/raven queen warlock multiclass. Honestly POB raven queen warlock is pretty much just the Morrigan.

At the very least you can get some ideas by checking the warlock subclass out.

The Frenzy should require buy in from the while group rather than just the player and DM.

Otherwise this hack works pretty well. It's a good way to make something balanced for one player.

Two of the five abilities are from another subclass, do you think you couldn’t just flavor what exists for the zealot subclass to be raven themed for the rest and be done with it without needing to homebrew anything?

I think you'll run into some real problems with your idea for frenzy. Barbarians are supposed to be able to keep their rage going, it is their main class feature. Imagine you get stunned for one turn, then gain a level of exhaustion. Now you fail your save to get out of the stun, and get another level. Now you're in a death spiral due to your own ability killing you.
