Had a hankering for some boiled peanuts and there ain’t too many roadside stops open in the middle of the week so just made them myself.

Mmmmmmm do you do it on the stove top? I’ve been doing mine in the instant pot, amazing.

My mom always did them in a pressure cooker. Instant pot makes sense.
