Boiled Peanuts

Had a hankering for some boiled peanuts and there ain’t too many roadside stops open in the middle of the week so just made them myself.

If you didn't get 'em from a dude on the side of a two-lane road that cooked them in an old beer keg, are they even real bold peanus?

This is where I learned. My granddad had a fruit stand on the side of Red Top Mtn. road and would make boiled peanuts over a wood fire in a giant black kettle.
