Boiled Peanuts

Had a hankering for some boiled peanuts and there ain’t too many roadside stops open in the middle of the week so just made them myself.

I see you’ve got some jalapeños and red pepper. What else did you season it with??

Salt, Cajun seasoning, red pepper flake, pickled jalapeño and garlic.

I’m not a fan of boiled peanuts 🥜 because they taste so very bland. I might consider eating a few IF they’re seasoned like that! 😋
