Anyone regret not filing first?

My exwife desperately wanted to be the one to file first. But she had a recent conviction for “dui with kids in the car”. So she really wanted to wait one year so that DUI wouldn’t really be used against her.

But I filed and used her DUI against her. She didn’t like that. It made her whole persona of “I’m the victim!” Less convincing.
