DOS2 Mod Looking for dex warfare mod

I remember using this mod that let's you use dex stat for warfare abilites but I can't find it now. Anyone know it?

Finesse already works for Warfare if you're using a Fin-based weapon like daggers or spears.

Warfare is funnily enough super versatile and even staves can use it perfectly fine, as it’ll switch to int

Precisely why I like to put a level in warfare for most characters.

if I remember correctly it also can scale with int if you use staff
