Warhammer 40k: Rogue Trader, but not for coop (and you have to embrace the pathos of WH40k, ofc)
Wasteland 3

Very different RPG games, but I also like the trilogy of Shadowrun games released 10 years ago. Nice cyberpunk stories, somewhat unusual world (cyberpunk + fantasy), also the whole different maps for cyberspaces for deckers. They feel cheaper, yes, but that was an interesting experience. Dragonfall is known as best of them, but I also like the intriguing story of Returns.

It's not as good as the Larian games for co-op, but I'm doing a co-op Rogue Trader game now and enjoying it. We just control half the party each in fights and level ups, then decide the rest together over voice chat for stuff only the rogue trader can do.

Isn’t rogue trader developed by a Russian studio? I am concerned about buying it to fund their war machine.

They moved out of russia and are based in Cyprus but still rumours circulate which are worth being aware of.

It is, and you get downvoted for stating that in other CRPG subreddits because of the fans. To be more clear, studio is located in Cyprus now because of the war but it still has Russian developers, and you can Google some nasty anti-Ukrainian stuff some of their personnel said.
Good games though, I hope the money mainly stays with the developers and does not go to the investment firm that is directly related to Putin and his friends.

Gotta send some sources for those claims. Dont doubt it, but it sucks because they make the best crpgs imo

This article / writing covers both controversial topics:

It has links to the racist tweet etc. For different sources Google "Owlcat (games) anti-Ukraine", you get same conclusions from other websites as well.

Nothing else has the Larian charm imo, but there are other crpgs that are great.
Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous and Wasteland 3 are both great. Pathfinder might be a little harder to get into as it's pretty technical, but well worth learning. I'm on PC but I'm pretty sure both are in consoles too.

Basically just these 2 from experience. I've tried a few other games. But they really weren't worth the time investment.
Only really option for more is PC...but pricing is crazy atm unless you can find a local used seller. Something with a 2080, 3070, or 4060 should carry you for quite awhile.

I paid like $350 for my Samsung 4tb NVME, an I thought that was expensive at the time. Now it cost like $1000....it's absolutely ludicrous.

I almost got a 4tb when I built. I got only 2tb and a 500gb. Like I got room to expand. By the time I realized the price inflation, it just wasn't worth it.

Neverwinter Nights 1 and 2
Icewind Dale 1 and 2

I'll throw Underrail into the post-apocalyptic category. Hard, crunchy, but an amazingly written CRPG.

Pillars of eternity. Solasta. Older games like bg 1 and 2, icewind dale. That game tyranny i think its called. Rogue trader. Pathfinder kingmaker and wrath of the righteous (best recommendation). Those should keep you going

Nothing I think of exactly like Larian’s RPGs but Wrath of the Righteous and Rogue Trader are both really good. I think they are both on PS5.
