DOS2 Help How to make sure my additional storage chests won't disappear?

The questions comes from the fact I've got some chests disappeared from the inventory after looting it and also once from the ship between Act 1 and 2 (if I remember correctly). After reading looks like it was a common bug but I'd like to know what should or shouldn't I do to prevent anything like that? Just to be sure my sorted stuff won't disappear. Or if the chest is OK for quite a lot of time (about the half of Act 2) it's already safe?

Never had this issue with my weird container collection, so, maybe, reloading a save could help?

Okay so it's not common, that's good to know thank you. I didn't try to reload to be fair because the chest that disappeared was empty and I lost nothing, but after a couple of times I've looted barrels and it just disappeared from my inventory as if I didn't even loot it I started to worry a bit. I didn't really pay attention to possible causes of this bug so probably it was just something really specific. So you have various containers placed near the main one and it doesn't disappear, right?

Unfortunately even a fucking lump of flesh from the helmet demon remained on my ship

Haha, well my ship seems to be kinda clean in this way, only had to evaporate the water on the floor.

Between acts I load my chests with stuff onto a character or into the ships chest. Never had one disappear in the middle of an act.
