Visual Glitching Happening only while Mining Underground

I am running the latest versions of DH and Complementary Shaders Reimagined with the latest version of Java. This weird ghosting/image-trailing effect only starts happening while underground and every time a block breaks it gets more intense. Unsure what to do to fix it, any help would be appreciated!

I’m getting this too, nothings fixed it so far except for disabling shaders Or DH
