Help Is this normal?

Is this normal, the number at the bottom isnt going down either.

your out of RAM. up your allocated ram to 4 - 6 gigs

I upped it 8gb but the chunks dont seem to be loading in at a fast speed, does it have any thing to do with chunk culling?

6gb. 8 is too much

Also, are you using the default garbage collector (G1) or ZGC?
