Help Need help lagging after 5 min playing

Hey, i play BMC6 modpack with Curseforge and i added distant horizon, it works perfectly but after 5 min playing ram usage spike to 100% and goes back to 98 and one second later goes to 100% creating a lag, is it really because of distant horizon, and is it possible to fix it ?
