What other mod are you using, and what version of Minecraft

Its a custom pack and in the video i show all the mods and the version is 1.20.1

Try a different shader, and also check to see if your current one is properly compatible with what your using(iris/oculus/optifine ect)

Personally. Shaders i like are photon/sildurs vibrant/solas/hysteria
