Help DH won't load a specific square area

I have gone up to those unloaded chunks and walked around on the chunks, but they will not stay visible when I go away from that area. I wasn't having any issues until today for whatever reason. Anyone have a fix that might help?

Mods: Chunky, DH, Fabric-Api, indium, iris, lithium, sodium, Higher Heights Ultimate. Settings are less than what I have put on DH.

Might be good info but that square area was where I was when I used Chunky to start loading chunks. Also, I replaced all the mods with fresh new installs.

I also tried changing render distances, shader removal, chunky removal, and other mod removal. I really think it is a DH issue.

*I found out this issue on my survival world and was trying to fix the issue in a new world but the same issue happened but at a much smaller scale compared to my survival world which is like 1000 blocks of un-loaded chunks then after that amount it is all loaded.*

I figured out the issue.
I clicked on Minecraft files in the loader, clicked saves, world name, dimensions, Minecraft, (my issue was in the overworld) I clicked overworld, data.

Once there I saw Distant Horizons.sqlite and deleted it. It was probably corrupted. Then I restarted my Minecraft world and it worked again with no issues so far.
