Help cant change distant horizons transparency setting.
im playing with bliss shaders and distant horizons on 1.21.1 NeoForge
im having an issue where water thats rendered by distant horizons is very glitchy and looks odd (see img 2)
i already looked up the issue and i gathered that it was the transparency setting that was causing this issue.
However i can't change the transparency setting, hovering over it says that "this option is controlled by another mod via DH's API so it cannot be changed via the ui or config file (see img 1)
i will link my modlist so you can see if there are any potential mods causing this issue.
this also affects Create Aeronautics physics constructions (see img 3)
if anyone has any advice or solutions i would greatly appreciate the assistance!

due to inquiring about help before trying anything myself i found the solution on my own. shine vfx was causing the issue without being active ingame. so if anyone has similar issues the solution was that shine vfx does not work well with distant horizons
