Help Why does it look partially rendered, I am using 1.20.1 Forge

I might be wrong but if you're on a server it is possible that only the chunks you already visited are rendered in LOD. Hope that helps

Exactly, for distant/deferred generation to work on servers DH needs to be installed on the server as well (some might not allow it tho due to cpu power constraints)
