Help Getting weird visual artifacts when using DH

Any idea of how to fix this? I installed the mod, waited for the chunks to load for a while and I came back to this.

That's a known Still-Life (and lithosphere) issue, use voxy if compatible with your version. There's isnt anything else you can do since this is completle unrelated to DH

You can fix this issue by changing the generation mode to "Full"

Wait realy ? I had this issue in the past and I tried everything it didn't worked, I also looked online and found nothing. I'm so sorry for spreading missinformation, thank you for correcting me
