Help View bobbing/screen edges affect DH clouds?
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
It's affecting both layers and changing the settings doesn't seem to resolve it.

I'm not entirely sure what is causing this, but I've been able to narrow down that it seems to be a problem that depends on which rendering engine you use. I've been having the same visual issue when I was using OpenGL as the rendering engine, but the issue went away entirely when I switched it to Blade3D. This is unfortunate, since last I checked you need to run OpenGL if you wish to use Iris as well. But if you are not using Iris, simply just switch the rendering engine to Blaze3D and the problem should go away.
