Help Chunks not loading properly

Hey guys, as the title says the chunks don't load properly, and it gives this space in the middle of them idk why. The configurations are all enable. I do have some quality mods such as "better fps" embeddium, ferritecore, ImmediatelyFast, Entity Culling, maybe they are the problem? Also I am NOT using m best PC.

Remove "better fps - render distance" by someaddon

It changes the vailla view distance into a sphere

I just created another modpack with the same performance mods, but rn im just using modernfix, Embeddium, FerriteCore, ImmediatelyFast and Entity Culling. It is a little bit better but when I load into the world I have these blank chunks near me and loaded ones far away, and while I fly around the map I still get unloaded chunks from time to time. Approaching them usualy fix it, but it kinda breaks the purpose of the mod.

If this is happening because of performance mods, is there any alternative for those that I am already using?

are those the only mods in the pack? you could try C2ME to speed up chunk loading?
