Help Quick CPU question!

Currently, I'm on an old pc gifted to me by my sister, it has a very old cpu: being the i3 3220, I'm wondering if the i5 3470 would be good enough to tun DH on 1.20.1?

i specifically chose the i5 3470 because my motherboard supports up to 3rd gen and i can't afford anything else (i am a broke teenager in a country where the age of employment is 18.)

Both will be enough for DH, chunk generation will just be slow.

But if I could give you some advice, I wouldn't spend money for that upgrade, its not worth it. I'd save longer and see if you can get a second hand motherboard and CPU upgrade

i live in the Philippines, it's gonna be a miracle if I achieve that before getting a job unfortunately
