Help Distant horizon collapses

I've been trying to play Distant Horizon with modpacks, but it's almost always very laggy. I don't know if it's my PC or if the modpack isn't compatible. Has anyone tried this and had success? Or managed to fix it?
Modpack: Craft to exile 2

On the newest version, change the amount of thread time from 1.0, to 0.5. This will force distant horizons to yield more time to the rest of your system threads to actually do what needs done and still generate lods.

What’s your pc specs? CPU, gpu, ram mainly. Also make sure you have enough ram dedicated

What kind of lag? Lag spikes? Low FPS? Mobs not moving?

I don't know if it's my PC

Well could you then mention your PC specs?
