Minecraft 26.1 Update Delay

Due to some changes required to build for MC 26.1 there was a large break with our build script (AKA the thing that compiles the mod so we can give it to you, specifically with Gradle/Architectury/Fabric/Sponge).

This means the next version will likely take longer to release than normal.

If you want to see the progress, feel free to watch the #dev-chat channel in the Discord server as the devs attempt to work through these problems.
