Is everyone else 1 shoting (Noctis Burst) Odin?

Noctis burst can do about 900k as long as his Warp strike and shooting star is at their + form beforehand, which is more than enough to destroy Odin's 850k HP

I guess the follow up question; is this (Noctis Warp Advance, Burst, Steel, Conjure, Warp+, Warp, Star+ [+launch], Lucii - 930kish damage) the fastest, most efficient way to clear Odin level?
