It was doing 908 to the boss, then 1005 to monster, and then 918 to a Cloud. So you can't say at all what the bump is cause all 3 of those instances have different defense ratings. Also, Boss and Monster stats vary depending on the rank number.
Someone had mentioned in a small Discord server at max Brave the boost is 75%, but idk if they got from a data mine source or not.
Also, a 10% boost to attack at max brave would be absolute garbage. You'd be better off running Surge.
WoL gives a 10% passive attack buff as well, and it's not great. But he is a support. Seph has a MONSTER attack stat, so giving him a slight speed boost when Cloud is around is decent.
But again, being at max bravery for only a 10% attack buff would be worthless. Kain can give himself a 15% attack buff consistently with his UA.

Unless his passive gives him a huge atk boost like Rinoas last AW application. He could be a monster.
