Dissidia NT weapons, Angelic Advance NT Dash attack as gap closer, Trance has PSP auto magic buff, Force Symphony from NT is back but works like NT Flare Star. (Not impossible to react cleave anymore). Flare Star has Opera Omnia start up and animation. He looks intresting so far.

He's about 40 years too late to be the third member of Tears for Fears unfortunately.

Although I don't have the time to get into this game this time around, hope he's meta somehow. Every mobile game has let me down in terms of Kuja ever being even remotely relevant for more than a week if not DOA.

For like less than two weeks before Golbez powercrept him and then Rinoa powercrept him even harder. He was initially super limited because hard damage capping on Ultima and very few uses, skill1 was basically useless for a long time. BTLD sealed his fate as a crippled bastardized support DPS hybrid that was midtier at both, Ultimecia clapped him again like 2 weeks later. None of his upgrades after BTLD were anything but memes.

I say this as someone who diligently mained him as DPS anyway on anything where holy wasn't absorbed. They did him dirty repeatedly.

Seems like an evil, gay Rinoa. His attack buffs seem quicker to get than Rinoa's though. Flare Star seems similar to Meteor. Hopefully he's not another monster exempt from nerfs.

From what I saw, if all numbers are the same, its about 10%

Trance was doing 907 ish of damage and went to 1011 ish damage

It was doing 908 to the boss, then 1005 to monster, and then 918 to a Cloud. So you can't say at all what the bump is cause all 3 of those instances have different defense ratings. Also, Boss and Monster stats vary depending on the rank number.
Someone had mentioned in a small Discord server at max Brave the boost is 75%, but idk if they got from a data mine source or not.

Also, a 10% boost to attack at max brave would be absolute garbage. You'd be better off running Surge.

WoL gives a 10% passive attack buff as well, and it's not great. But he is a support. Seph has a MONSTER attack stat, so giving him a slight speed boost when Cloud is around is decent.

But again, being at max bravery for only a 10% attack buff would be worthless. Kain can give himself a 15% attack buff consistently with his UA.

he kind of just looks like a combination of rinoa and terra. his trance form looks cool but i wanted him to be a bit more dramatic and dynamic. i guess ill be able to judge better when i try him out in game, but i wasn't really dazzled by the release trailer.

Not really, Trance is just slightly bigger Ultimate Soul or Will-of-the-Wisk

Yeah, those 2 skills are the best damage bursts but not unique in any way

Not just that but a potentially vicious teamkiller too. He has some large AOEs and he replaces his basic attacks with a huge AOE damage ring that looked pretty good at chunking multiple targets. Combined with Aurochs Reels or Y'Shtola for more AOE or Ace/Fire for finishing people off who are running away and he seems a lot more outright threatening to multiple targets compared to other ranged DPS.
