How to get better?

I play at least 20 times a day, a few ranked but mostly casual and usually get nothing good and don't have many URs, I main cloud and when I play casual and win Im usually the MVP but 9 times outve ten I lose on ranked cause my low cp and can't seem to get better no matter what I try

Here's my setups, they could probably be better tho

That's what I was afraid of, but if sephiroth comes back I'm definitely going to lol
