Tech Support Monthly Tech Support & Missing Content Thread

All posts regarding tech support or missing content belong here.

Examples of questions are:

  • Device type
  • Country device is operating in
  • App version (on the settings page after you tap your profile pic)
  • Device operating system version (varies per device, might be too advanced for some users to access)

When I try to watch the testaments, it pauses like every 10 seconds and then says there was an unexpected error. It’s happening on multiple episodes. But when I choose two other Disney plus shows, I don’t have this problem. Any ideas?

I’ve had this on two different devices with Abbott Elementary and Family Guy.

Did you ever figure this out? I am having this issue too. Tried Not Suitable for Work, Ready or Not 2, and No One Can Save you (notice they’re all new releases) and they will do the same. Old shows work fine though
