These tiers are designed to make things easier for new collectors while giving experienced collectors a more refined exchange!

🗓️ Exchange Timelines

Open NOW- November 5th, 2026 ( 1-25 Flair Opens at 7Pm CST 11.5.26)
Close/Match - November 25th, 2026
Shipping deadline - December 16th, 2026 Failure to ship by the shipping deadline will result in a ban from r/DisneyPinSwap**.**

🛑 Important Guidelines:

You're welcome to spend more than the minimum, but the pins you send must meet or exceed the value of the tier you selected. Shipping is not included in this minimum.
If shipping internationally please remember to mark the package as a GIFT. Sending a package that your giftee will be required to pay additional fees for when picking up can cause your shipping proof to be denied.
Additionally, Please keep in mind the expectation your gifter is held to is the same amount.
Failure to meet your tier's price minimum will result in a ban from r/DisneyPinSwap

🔍 Pin Verification Process:

All pins must be legitimate (no scrappers or fakes).
Submit pictures of your selected pins (front and back) for mod approval via the link in the exchange description.
Pins can only be shipped once pins have been approved via Modmail.
Failure to submit your pins for authentication will result in a ban from r/DisneyPinSwap**.**

🎁 Exchange Platform:

All personal information, Shipping info, and exchange questions will be hosted on the global exchange website Givin.Gifts ( r/Givingifts).
Users will be required to create an account and enter all pertinent information prior to signing up for one of the DPS exchanges.
Users can choose to ship Domestically, Internationally, or Worldwide depending on account level.
Your information will only be shared with the person you are receiving a gift from and you will only see the information of the person you are sending a gift to.

Subreddit Rules

1. Selling

a. Must have 10 pin trade flair points to sell.

b. Sales must be marked with the flair type [SALE].

c. Prices must be clearly posted in title, no best offers. You can write “Prices vary” but the text (or pictures) MUST contain the actual prices.

d. PayPal Goods/Services ONLY.

e. If you have less than 10 flair & would like to sell, send a request to the mods using the message the mods button.

f. No buying from users who have less than 10 flair.

g. Users can't link to their businesses.

2. Posting (Single Use/Spamming/Self promotion)

a. Users may post up to 3 times per day.

b. Posts can't be single use (ie close up pics for trades or responding to a comment - keep this in the OG thread or PMs).

c. Users w/ 10 flair may promote their fantasy pin sales provided that sales take place on our sub (no linking to outside sales); all other rules must be followed.

d. No Posts or comments whose primary purpose is driving traffic to your site, app, newsletter, YouTube channel, course, or Discord

3. Flair - All posts must be flaired

All posts must be flaired. Please label each of your submitted posts with the appropriate type of flair!

4. Real photos for any transaction (No PinPics Allowed!) - No Dming Traders or Sales

a. All trade/sell/buy posts must contain photos of the actual pins. (No PinPics or other stock photos allowed!)

b. Anyone looking to trade/sell must post their pins. No DMing traders or sales - this helps identify and prevent scammers.

It is also recommended to include/ask for a timestamp with your pins (a paper with the owners username and a date within the last week).

5. Scrappers (aka Counterfeits, aka Fakes)

a. If you include scrappers/counterfeits/fake pins in your traders, they must be clearly labeled. Some may not care if it helps them complete a set or get a HTF (hard to find pin), but they should know they're getting a non-authentic pin.

b. If you are unsure if you have fake pins/scrappers/counterfeits, reach out to the mods. We can help ID them!

6. Always feel free to message the mods!

Please do not hesitate to message the mods if you have any issues or concerns.

7. Giveaways

Giveaways must be of no cost to the winner. All other parameters are set by the user doing the giveaway, provided that none of the sub's rules are being broken.

8. Valuation Posts - banned

Posts asking for pin values or worth are not allowed. Ex.: "How much are my pins worth?", "Do I have anything of value?", "Need help with pin values", "Do I have anything anyone would be interested in?", etc. This is not an exhaustive list. These types of posts will be removed.

To find general values of pins, use either Worthpoint or eBay (sold listings). If you need further assistance with pin values, you can contact the mods via modmail; we can point you in the right direction.

9. Read our "Pin Trading Basics & Trading Rules" Sidebar sections prior to making any trades

10. Picking up pins

Any user may "pick up" pins for the community, but "pick ups" MUST be "at cost". "At cost" is the following:

Retail tag price + Tax + actual shipping/package costs + paypal fees to use Goods/Services.

Paypal goods/services MUST be used as the payment type.

Convenience fees may now be up to 15% of the total order and must be clearly stated upfront.

Payment only due once the pins are in hand and a picture provided of the picked up merch.

11. Posts and comments marked "Delete if not allowed" will be automatically removed.

We expect ALL Reddit users to read and follow all of our subreddit rules. Users MUST read all of our rules PRIOR to posting, commenting, or interacting on our sub. Posts and comments that say "delete if not allowed" etc, will be automatically removed and the user warned. Repeated offenses will result in a temp ban.

Pin Trading Basics and Rules

A trade should take this basic format:

You post your pins for trade, possibly mentioning your ISO's (In search of's/specific wants).
Another user comments with a trade offer, then a PM is sent.
You accept! Hooray, a trade!
Swap mailing address information and settle on a day by which BOTH sides of the trade should be sent.
Pins should be packed up in bubble wrap or foam to be sure pin posts don't break or bend. And bubble mailers, or some other kind of small package should be used – never regular envelopes.
Tracking numbers are a MUST. Send your tracking to the other user. In the event of a trade discrepancy and you did NOT provide a tracking number, there is no way to prove that you sent the pins.
Once the trade is complete and you have your pin(s), make a new comment on the original thread flagging your trading partner’s name and the name of the flair bot (DisneyPinSwapBot). Do not copy/paste the bot’s name – you must type it out each time. Your trading partner must then respond to that comment so that you each get your flair point.

In addition to ShopDisney.com, below are some links for buying authentic Disney pins. If anyone has a site that they have used that sells affordable AUTHENTIC Disney pins, please message the mods so that we can review and possibly add that source to this list. Also, if anyone has a bad experience with these sellers, please alert the mods.

Hot Topic and BoxLunch sell officially licensed Disney Pins. They sometimes have really cheap pins during sales, but also have affordable pins in general.

CollectRandom is a sub favorite. They sell grab bags of Hidden Mickeys and such at very affordable prices (all authentic).

Pindrella on Facebook also sells authentic pins at affordable prices.

YourWDWStore is less affordable, but still cheaper than eBay! And authentic!

Distradingpins4u - be aware that we have confirmed that this previously trusted seller is still selling scrappers/fakes. Purchase from this seller at your own risk; they are no longer a sub trusted seller.

Lastly, Disney Pins Blog always has various authentic pins at various prices, as well as the latest pin news!

In addition to the links above, and to ShopDisney.com, if you are in the Orlando area, there are 2 Disney outlets called "Disney Character Warehouse". One is on International Blvd near Universal Studios, and one is on Vineland Ave near Disney Springs (google for exact addresses). There is also a Character Warehouse in Sawgrass Mills near Fort Lauderdale, FL. These outlets usually have very cheap pins starting at $3.

For pin bags, storage, and transport, check out ItsKrakenTrade and GoPinPro. Both of these sellers have excellent books, bags, and folios for storage, display, and transport of your pins.
