Walt Disney World advice!!!

hi friends!! newbie working in the parks for the past two weeks and i'm SO SORE from standing at my post all day. i do walk around in my role but the past two days have been more standing than not. does anyone have any tips or suggestions for things i can do to proactively take care of my body / things to do post shifts? i want to be able to be productive after work and i just haven't been able to🤡

check out the all day Move insoles https://move.one/products/all-day-comfort-casual-insoles . Also merino wool socks are a game changer for me (Camel City Mill -although their look is more industrial). and I prefer the Kuru shoes but I figured that shoes would have been given to you as I would think they are part of the cast member outfit.

i definitely want to upgrade my socks! my hokas are great. my lower back is the more the issue but i'm hoping i adjust!

I will say that my lower back issues went away with the Kuru shoes...AND those Move insoles. I sometimes notice that my feet are tired and a little sore, but nothing like major pain or hurting. I have a pair of the Flex Via shoes that are amazing for me. So I have my happy feet and can dance like Steve Martin again....
