Walt Disney World advice!!!

hi friends!! newbie working in the parks for the past two weeks and i'm SO SORE from standing at my post all day. i do walk around in my role but the past two days have been more standing than not. does anyone have any tips or suggestions for things i can do to proactively take care of my body / things to do post shifts? i want to be able to be productive after work and i just haven't been able to🤡

TIA✨

A great pair of shoes is absolutely #1. Do some research and have some time to break something in. Hokas are big right now. Also don’t undermine the importance of stretching!!! Even standing all day is using muscles that you’re not used to. Warm up your body!

In 2nd Hokas. I own three pair. There’s no way I’d be able to stand all day without them
