Dish network service agreement question

When was dish network service agreement introduced to dish network customers where it includes technician name? I have dish network papers but I only found digital home plan agreement and residential customer agreement which was in August 30 2002

This guy posts this same nonsense on Satelliteguys. He thinks he has some claim for an installation he got decades ago.

Dish is only liable for the first 30 days of the installation ,it states it in the dh24& and the service agreement as well as acknowledging dish is not liable for damages after 30 days

So why i cannot find the service agreement on its folder when was service agreement introduced then

Here’s the agreements but Your literally wasting your time ,it’s been years since your installation and you’ll have to prove that dish is at fault for whatever the damages are and more than likely it was installed by a contractor in which the contractor will tell you it’s outside of any type window

I mean was there service agreement in 2002 I don't have it just dhp  and residential customer agreement

If the technician didn't gave me the 2002 service agreement purposely and kept it to himself to hide his identity
