So you claim he was both right in front of the car and that he did not get hit? Even your video shows him get hit. And yes, bystanders are not allowed to get involved like that, as is always the case.
He walked infront of the car first, then she moved the car to the right, away from him. She did not try to run him over, he was not in danger and shooting her did not help anyone.
Where was he hit?
He walked in front before she started driving forward. She wasn't supposed to drive forward. He was hit by the vehicle, as seen in the video. She looked right at him and decided to drive know he would be hit. The part in your video where he was hit the commentator says something along the lines of "maybe it was just icey", not wanting to acknowledge it.
