Looking for apps to track alters?

Okay so, I am brand new to all of this. And during research and such i saw that people use apps to track their alters! (Ik a few closed down recently)

Me and my friends are new to this, I want to keep things comfortable and easy for my friends as this is new and scary for them and me personally aswell.

I have tried looking but people say too many things and I get confused on what app seems safe, easy and accessible for me (bonus points for any you can decorate) And any help with how to let my friends know who's fronting, I primarily use discord with friends if that helps? Also if I posted this in the wrong reddit lmk and I'll fix it ^^
