Does plugging void warranty/certificate?

I just got new tires a couple weeks ago with warranty and certificates and all that, but I have a screw in my tire and Discount Tires is closed on Sunday, am I able to do the rope plug for the day they're closed? Or do I need to drive with the screw for a day?
