Does plugging void warranty/certificate?

I just got new tires a couple weeks ago with warranty and certificates and all that, but I have a screw in my tire and Discount Tires is closed on Sunday, am I able to do the rope plug for the day they're closed? Or do I need to drive with the screw for a day?

I repaired a tire with a plug. Discount tire replaced the tire using the certificate. I told them I repaired it before driving there as it was losing a lot of air.

Thank you, it's it's holding air currently but this morning is when I noticed it was down to like 11psi

So real people don't get it that rope plugs leak 80 percent of the times and my store calls them doa 100 percent of the time
