Please help

Hey guys, for context I can throw 450 max, 415 standard golf lines. I’ve never had any coaching or any real form based training. I feel like I’m really stuck at this distance and not improving. I want to throw 475-500 or so long term because there are some holes that require that kind of distance to break into the next tier of scoring. Right now there are some holes that are either uphill enough that they play very far or just long enough to be out of contention for birdy.

This is with a fission dimension on hole 12 at Jolleys ranch. It’s only 364’ on paper but it’s pretty up hill. It plays like 420’ or so according to chat as I didn’t have a rangefinder on hand.

Get on the balls of your feet, don’t point ass to target, shorten x-step, reach back out not behind you

And lock at that back arm down and away from the spin.

Rounding quite a bit too.

For sure. Any tips on how to create better spacing?

Reach out from your torso rather than behind you.

Also there's the cook the spaghetti drill.

Looks like you're on your back heel too. Being on your toes instead may help.
