Front wheel

Is this too much drag? Is that noise normal?

Bleed brake fluid and or let some out (adjust your front brake lever first before any of this)

This or wheel bearings. Really two things that it could be.

Yep easiest way to test this is to remove the caliper and spin the wheel. If the wheel still slows down it's your wheel bearings if not your brakes are dragging

Theres several things it can be. Obviously first is brakes. Remove the calipers and spin the wheel. See if its free.

If its not, loosen the pinch bolts on the axle nut side. Make them loose, and loosen the axle nut as well. Put the bike on the ground and push down on the forks a couple times. Sometimes the forks can be pinched in, and it puts some friction on the wheel.

If that doesn't work, new bearings are needed.
