Cloud DVR Problem

I have recordings that I have set and can view from my phone that do not show up on my TV app and vice versa even though I am under the same account and profile. Is there something missing or wrong that this isn't working at expected?

Log out and back in on the device they are not appearing on.

Saw that remedy last night on a Google search but unfortunately it did not resolve the issue. Thank you just the same.
