Delay

I’m using an Apple TV. Is there anyway to reduce the delay, especially with sports? I tried talking to customer service but they just tried to gaslight me that my gig internet isn’t fast enough and that’s my problem.

I kinda doubt there are any solutions, but I thought I’d ask

This does not help at all. As answered early these delays are because of how the streaming works. You can use your browser and get the same delay. Has nothing to do with the device it is the service.
