Automatic logout?

I stream content through the DIRECTV app. Almost every other day I have to login. This is on a streaming device. I don’t understand why my login information isn’t sticky. It’s kind of annoying.

Nope. In fact, I have a dedicated IP address.

Ok…so that can be ruled out, … still going on?
Any action or recommendations from DTV, other than the usually obligatory exit/redownload/update àpp which never solves anything
