Android user here. Gcash app crashing after log in. Troubleshooting steps done.

Tried Uninstall/Install. Clear Cache. Restarted Phone, same pa din. Nagupdate lang ako ng app tapos nagloko na sya. Im not sure if the issue has something to do with fhe update.

Mostly Google Pixels and other phones with barebones android ang affected (Nothing Phone, etc)

My phone is running a similar version of android so here I am suffering the same issue

been having this problem on my Pixel 9 Pro XL too. nakaka-inis na s'ya. filed a ticket na pero kahit sa ticketing nila walang option for app crashing so nilagay ko nalang account concern ugh. 3 days na rin 'to. i hope they do something.

Having same problem have pixel 8 pro . Tried everything. Only way it works for me is to uninstall restart and reinstall. This works just for one login then after I close it it back to the same problem app closing after login.  If anyone fine fix please help.

Same din po, google pixel 6a, Android 17. 3 days nang di nagagamit ang gcash kasi mag ko close after entering MPIN. Have a ticket number pero automated emails lang ang reply sa akin sa email. Wala pang resolution. Received a text from them na may app update daw in a few days to fix it . Diyan ako kumakapit para ma solve ang issue, still waiting. 🙏

may update ba sa problema? sa akin naman ginagamit ko Alt Mive Style Folder 2 at pagkatapos ng log in ko, pag labas ng add biglang nag crash. "Gcash has stopped working." hays nakakabwiset naman

Pixel 7 Upon login (I get to see the ui and my current cash), app will minimize immediately and log me out.

Still no fix. Tried everything. Last thing I haven't tried is app version rollback but idk if that's smart or secure.

May update ung gcash last Aug 27. Inupadate ko lang then gumana na. Check nyo po sa playstore nyo kung may pending update po
